CITYCHURCH

Remember the gold-domed church I've alluded to in other posts? This is it up close. The inscription over the door that you can't quite make out says "First Christian Church, 1911, Christ Light of the World." I think it's a little strange, because to me the only thing about the building that implies 'church' to me is the stained glass windows (not in this shot).  You might be tickled to know that I lay on my back, on the sidewalk, downtown, in the middle of the day to take this picture while Constance jogged up and down the stairs for exercise. I'd have been entertained if I were an innocent bystander.

  1. You are right, it doesn't look like a church. It looks more like a courthouse. It's a great shot though. I'd have liked to get a shot of you taking this picture! :)
