Take Me Out to the Ballgame
This week was the last week in the season for our AAA team's home games, so we had to go! The stands were pretty empty because it was a Wednesday, threatening to rain, and a make-up game. But there were still these cute kids in front of us with the claw and the mohawk, and we still got to have our delicious imported hot dogs! The Bricktown Ballpark actually flies in hot dogs and dressings from other ballparks - we have the Red Hot Chicago, the Dodger Dog, the Cincinnati Dog, the Milwaukee Braut... sooo great. You who haven't been here in a while may be surprised to see our team in a big fancy ballpark, wearing red... several years ago they moved the 89ers from the Fairgrounds to Bricktown and changed their name to the Redhawks. But it's still baseball... just a bit more upper class.

Row Your Boat
Happy Sunday. I'm back in the blogspot representing OKC. In celebration of the 2012 Winter Olympics, I bring you the above pic (I know rowing isn't a winter sport, but it's still a sport). I took this Tuesday while jogging. I'd never seen this building before and I've never seen a picture like this on a side of a building. I can't tell you what business it was, but whatever it is, I bet its totally cool. How could it not be with a picture like that on the side.
Sorry about the tree limbs. I didn't notice them when I was taking the picture. I was getting towards the end of my jog and I figured I'd better run before my lunch break was over.
